Brother Palmer is an ordained minister of the Assemblies of God. If you spend any amount of time around him (usually about 3 minutes), he will tell you about the Father’s love for you! He is our teaching pastor and a great shepherd.
Pastor Palmer holds four Master’s Degrees, including the Master of Divinity Degree from Southwestern Assemblies of God University.
Pastor Palmer also holds degrees from Texas A&M University, the University of Tennessee, and California Polytechnic State University.
Cindy Palmer has a degree in counseling from Southwestern Assemblies of God University and is working at the admissions office at Baylor University.
We are so glad to have the Palmers leading us as we try to bless Waco and beyond.
Bill and Louise started attending our church and jumped right in. They serve on the cleaning crew and assist with our Dollar Dinner evenings. When Bill started assisting with visitations, that is when Pastor asked him to fill our empty Associate Pastor role.
We are blessed to have him!
John and Tracy started serving at WFA in the summer of 2018. John loves teaching the bible to the youth but is also a big kid who enjoys all the fun games and activities just as much as the youth do. He also volunteers as a Commander for the other boys in our Royal Ranger Outpost. He is currently working at the Methodist Children’s Home serving there just as he serves us. 🙂
Tracy loves our kids!
She does a great job keeping track of our Elementary level children’s ministries on Sundays and also coordinates our three large children’s events each year: the Easter Egg Hunt, Vacation Bible School, and our Fall Festival. She also volunteers as a sponsor of our Preschool Girl’s Club – The Rainbows.
Ms. Donna is amazing!
Our preschoolers love doing class with her and with all the fun crafts and activities she brings the bible alive for them. We are so blessed to have added her to our team in July of 2018. We also call upon her whenever we need a craft for any event we might be running and she comes through with great stuff.
Ms. Hope is a ray of sunshine for all of our little ones.
Even those who have “promoted” out of the nursery love to go by and say hi and get a hug.
She loves singing and dancing and keeping them safe.
We love Ms. Hope!
Osmel and Keila Riveron
Osmel and Keila immigrated from Cuba and have a history with the Assemblies of God. They both have degrees from Dallas Theological University and host monthly school of ministry classes for students in that program. We are excited to see where the Lord will take us as we add a Spanish service and prayer time to our weekly events.
